The Poon family packed up all their kids and came up from Calgary for a Lifestyle family session! The timing was a bit rough, as recent rains brought one of our worst mosquito infestations I could remember.

This was a very special wedding for me. Jared, one of my closest friends, was getting married! I was also assigned as best man and I also did the formal photos while my other very competent shooters (Merry and Mike) covered the ceremony and reception. He was going to marry a girl named Kate. Ironically, I've known Kate a lot longer than I've known Jared. Coincidentally, Kate and I went to the same junior high, in Calgary. What are the odds?
