STIHL and an NHL Hall of Famer!

I had the fortune of shooting a corporate event recently for STIHL Limited. This wasn't like most corporate events though, they brought NHL hall of famer MIKE BOSSY as a speaker! Wow, I was a total Mike Bossy fan, as well as his teammate John Tonelli. Remember the 1984 Canada Cup anyone??? booya!! Kickass!

Ok, it might be a little bit of a faux pas to mention that I liked the Islanders... especially considering Bossy and Tonelli overpowered the Oilers in the 1983 Stanley Cup finals. But don't worry, I'm still a bigtime Oilers fan!

Anyhow, the event was at the ever popular River Cree Resort.

And Mike Bossy himself. I even got an autographed photo from him! yeah!

And for some reason, I couldn't figure out why, but there were these wooden models of the Back to the Future car displayed there. I can only assume that some artist made them out of the chainsaws that STIHL makes or something? In any case, they were pretty cool. One of them even had the gullwing doors open!

Anyhow, that's my little celebrity encounter for the year. We now return to your regular programming.
